Anthony Howorth – Anthony Howorth joined the firm in March 2007 when his company Carruthers and Co. merged with Footners. Anthony qualified as a solicitor in 1981 having joined Carruthers and Co. in 1979. He is a member of the Goodwood Road Racing Club and the Friends of Beaulieu National Motor Museum. He enjoys music, classic cars and fine wines.

Tim Duggan - Tim is a Licensed Conveyancer and very experienced in residential conveyancing. Having started his career in his father’s practice in 1982, Tim gained a wealth of experience before joining Footners in 2002. More recently, his spare time has been taken up with additional training leading to a Diploma in Home Inspection. Tim is therefore qualified as one of the few Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors locally.

Julie Thomas - Julie qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and joined Footners in 1996. She specialises in probate, wills and trusts in addition to residential and commercial conveyancing.

Susanne Holiday - Susanne is a legal executive and has been specialising in Family and Employment law for over 14 years. Susanne joined Footners in 2002. The Family practice at Footners is run using the Resolution Code of Practice and Susanne and her team provide a professional and personal service aiming to resolve issues in dispute by negotiation if at all possible. In the employment area, Susanne advises both employers and employees on contracts and disputes and deals with claims before the Employment Tribunals.
